Make Your Website Work for You

 
If your website hasn’t been a priority in a while, put it at the top of the to-list immediately.

As Business Week writes, “your website isn’t ‘about’ your company, it’s an extension of your company.  If it’s unprofessional, you’re unprofessional.  If it’s cluttered, you’re cluttered.” 

Of course it works the other way.  If your site is organized, clean, and easy to use, then people will believe your company operates in the same manner.

By inviting potential clients to your site, you are formally introducing them to your business.  Their first impression needs to be powerful (positively) so they leave the experience ready to do business with you.  Many startups misjudge the value of a professionally designed logo and website, but that simple mistake could cost them everything.
